Mesh, sequin stars, AND multi-colored pom poms…it doesn’t get much better!

If you’ve been following along, you know I most always go with a minimalist style. There’s something about clean, crisp clothing that creates a polished look, regardless of what you’re actually wearing. I honestly think that’s how I get away with half of the things I wear!

While attending the Revolve sample sale a few weeks ago, I came across this appliqued mesh tee by MINKPINK and feel in love. It actually came with a white bodysuit to go under, as it’s supposed to be a dress. However, I’m 5’11, so…..yea. I wasn’t going to not buy it simply because it didn’t cover my booty. Like most clothing, I just needed to make it work for me! While choosing what to wear it with, I found an old white H&M crop top that went perfectly under it. Then I threw on my favorite white Calvin Klein skinnies and added my black faux leather Zara moto jacket and Steve Madden sneakers to accentuate the black sticthing on the stars. The finishing touch, and what really tied the look together, were my colorful pom pom earrings from Baublebar! It was the perfect splash of color (along with a hot pink lip!) to make this a stand out outfit.
