Mornings and I don’t typically go well together. I wish they did because I love getting as much done before work as I can. However, some days it just doesn’t happen…and today was one of those days. I literally woke up with ten minutes to throw myself together and leave for work. Naturally, I figured I’d shoot a video of my quick 4.5 minute routine to wake my face up using some of my favorite products!
A few weeks ago, I received two new products to try out. The first product I received is the Skederm Tears Drop Capsule Moisturizer. I’m always skeptical about moisturizers because I’ve honstly always thought it to be a bit of a scam since most of them end up assisting in my breakouts. This isn’t a thick and heavy cream that clogs your pores though. It’s more of a gel-like texture that lightly covers the skin, still allowing it to breathe…not to mention it smells SO good! The second product was the Dualist Matte & Illuminating Concealer by Wander Beauty. What I really love about this, other than the fact that supermodel Erin Heatheron uses it, is it has both a heavier and lighter side. The matte side is great for really covering up those pesky pimples, whereas the illuminating side adds a light coverage and gives a little extra glow!
I know I say it often, but I am literally obsessed with both of these products. They aren’t 100% natural, which I typically like more, but as long as it doesn’t HURT my skin, then I’m a happy camper! So check out the full video below to see the finished product!
